COMMON QUESTIONS
Double Vortex FAQ
Your questions answered to help you deepen your practice
Where is the zeropoint located? Is it in the heart or central channel? +
The zeropoint is at the very core, the center of your being. While some practitioners feel it in the heart center or solar plexus, the exact anatomical location matters less than the felt experience.
What's most important is that you feel something when you connect with it.
The zeropoint is actually the center of everything—your cells have a zeropoint, quantum particles have a zeropoint. It's an infinity of zeropoints, which forms the fabric of creation.
How does the vortex feel and where should I sense it? +
Most practitioners feel the vortex spinning around their body, like a field surrounding them. You are at the center.
The experience varies—sometimes it starts from the center, sometimes it's felt around the body. There's no single "correct" way.
Trust your feelings above all else. If you feel the energy, you're doing it right.
What is the orientation of the vortex—vertical or horizontal? +
Most commonly, practitioners experience the vortex on a vertical axis—spinning around the body horizontally (like a spinning top).
However, some practitioners naturally experience it on a horizontal axis (spinning vertically around them).
Both are valid. If it works for you and you feel the energy, that's what matters.
Do both vortexes (counterclockwise and clockwise) spin at the same time? +
Yes. Once you activate the counterclockwise vortex, it keeps spinning on its own—you don't need to constantly focus on it.
By putting your consciousness into it, you merge with it, become conscious of it, and amplify it.
When the counterclockwise and clockwise spin together at the center, they create a wormhole or portal—an entry point to expanded consciousness where you can work with energy freely.
How do I direct the vortex to specific areas of my body? +
Once the vortex is activated around you and you feel grounded and peaceful, you can bring it wherever you want. For example:
- For a specific organ (like eyes or intestines): Bring your consciousness to the center of that organ and work from the center outward, usually counterclockwise to release and open.
- For systemic issues (like a virus): Send millions of tiny vortices throughout your field. You can ask your guidance to locate the frequency of what you're addressing and send an "army" of mini vortices to work on it.
You can also go directly to where you want to work without first activating the vortex around your whole body—especially if you're already feeling connected and centered.
Should I work with one intention at a time or multiple intentions? +
One intention at a time is recommended. Focus is what creates transformation.
If you have multiple things, it can still work, but the focus won't be as strong.
Think of it like multitasking versus single-tasking—doing one task very well, then moving to the next, ensures maximum energy for each intention.
Can my intention be general or does it need to be specific? +
Both work. Sometimes your intention can be general (like "feeling the deep warmth of love consistently"). Other times you may want something more precise.
Trust your feelings at the moment—there's no single correct approach.
This practice is a flexible framework you apply to all situations in your own way.
Can I create a vortex for someone else (like a family member)? +
Yes, you can work on others, but with important guidelines:
- Stay in your own field first. Enter your zeropoint, and from there you can connect anywhere in time and space—including another person's field.
- You don't "go" somewhere—your intention brings you to different points. When you're in the zeropoint, you're already merged with them.
- Check your motivation. If you have genuine permission (like with your child) and no egoistic intention, you can connect with their field and move energy (like removing stress).
- Don't overextend. Include them in your meditation when you feel called to, not out of obligation or a need to "save" them. Remember they are also a soul choosing their own path.
How do I protect myself from absorbing others' energy? +
Two approaches:
Practical Protection
Use the vortex clockwise to create a shield around yourself, from top to bottom.
Fundamental Practice
- Stay in your center and don't over-empathize
- Remain conscious—if you notice your energy shifting or draining, detach immediately
- Take a breath and release the energy
- Clean your energy after interactions that feel draining
This is an ongoing learning process. Even experienced practitioners sometimes feel drained or pick up energy from others. The skill is learning to notice it quickly and work with it.
What if I naturally feel the vortex differently than described? +
Trust your experience.
If you feel it clockwise first, go clockwise. If you feel it spinning on a different axis, that's fine.
The framework is flexible—it's not about replicating someone else's experience.
The important thing is that you feel energy. Stop worrying about doing it "right" and focus on what you actually sense and experience.
